Tucked next to Air station Cape Cod is the Mashpee Wildlife Refuges most northern trail network that leads down to the shore of Mashpee pond. The main trail is an old paved road with wide trails and single track branching off along your route. On your way to the pond the main trail passes open grass land and mixed forest as you change elevation a few times. Your final view is looking over the pond at a steep bank with a rope swing.
