On 6A in Brewster, just east of the Cape Cod Sea Camps, is an old house with a 1/2 mile trail that leads to the ocean. There is parking for a dozen cars under the spruce trees 
behind the house that gives this trail its name.
The main trail is wide and straight and half way down you can veer off on to a single track trail if you would like a more scenic walk. Eventually, you are brought to a board walk and stairs over the dune to Cape Cod Bay. During the summer no dogs are allowed and you will need a town beach sticker to park until 4:00. This is a great place to check out if you are riding the rail trail or staying at Nickerson St. park. The parking location can be found on the Adventure Map at www.secludedcapecod.com
